Seattle HeightsHaving already moved into a brand new condo downtown, this Seller was ready to sell her large view condo in Seattle Heights in Belltown. She was referred to us by another real estate agent to see if we could assist, and we did.

This condominium had been listed before by another realtor and likely due to the market and pricing issues, it didn’t sell.  We stepped in and decided it needed to be spruced up to re-debut on the market at a more competitive price. The staging was altered to freshen it up and target the likely buyer demographic. The marketing was revamped to make sure every amazing upgraded detail was highlighted. We wouldn’t want buyers to miss the Lutron lighting, solar shades, wine refrigerator, central AC and more. These details can be overlooked if not drawn attention to. We created large 2 sided brochures as this 1700 square foot view condo had a ton of special features. After setting up the personalized website, and creating an amenities tour sheet to help guide agents through the building’s fabulous amenities package, the condo was ready for its red carpet debut.

After a short market time we received 2 offers allowing us to expertly negotiate the best price and terms possible for this luxury condo.
