Most clients come to us to buy and/or sell because of some kind of life change, and this client was no exception. Her son had decided to join the Navy and she decided to change the direction of her life entirely. In order for her to do this though, she would first need to sell her condo in Downtown Seattle on the waterfront. That’s when we were called in to help.
Making a significant life change required this Seller to move out of her condominium prior to going on the market to get started with her future. With her leaving town to start a new, she would be unavailable to assist with the presentation preparation of the condo. So we gathered the troops to get the job done for her. We brought in our stager, contractor, appliance repair professional and cleaners to help us with the transformation. New flooring went in, new paint went up, a couple repairs here and there were completed, and the place was looking like new! After a thorough cleaning and a full staging this condo was ready to shine!
We procured an unrepresented Buyer from our comprehensive and visually stimulating internet marketing efforts and were able to put this deal together and close it without a hitch.
