When we originally sold this in-city pied-a-terre to this couple in 2010 at Enso Condominiums in South Lake Union, they loved the convenience of having a condo to stay in when they were in the city for graduate school and research work at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. However, once school was completed they didn’t use it as much as they would have wanted and with all of the construction and growth in the area, they figured they could sell now with no problem.
Determining price for this open one bedroom space, the only of its kind in Enso, was step one. After that, it was all about shining up this jewel. Then we were off and running! Multiple offers led us to our buyer and then it was all in the details. The road to closing was efficient and for the sellers, effortless.
