These clients had moved to California for work and decided to rent their Beacon Hill condo for a couple of years to wait for the market to stabilize a bit so they could afford to sell. Once we let them know our market seemed to be stabilizing and the timing might be right, they decided it was time to sell. Then it was our turn to coordinate the entire sale for them while they were out of the state.
We started with a tour of the condo and then make our recommendations on how to get it presentation ready. The coordination of the handy man work, a good cleaning, professional staging and professional photography happened quickly and on schedule as we moved swiftly toward getting this condo on the market. With the presentation ready, we shifted our attention to promotion and price. Using nearby comparables, we narrowed in on the right marketing price and then prepared our marketing materials, selected a custom url for the virtual tour website and launched this condo into the market place.
Within 2 weeks we had ourselves a great offer! After negotiating the offer terms, the inspection and getting smoothly through the other contingencies, it was time to coordinate the closing. The staging came out, a donation trip for all other items left behind was made and an out of state signing was put together. All and all, a great condo sale!
