Looking to build a new home, we were able to help this client secure a piece of land in West Seattle in which to build her Greenfab dream home. Once the land was tied up and the home building process began, it was time to talk about selling her Alki townhome.
Sitting in a prime location just blocks to Alki beach, the townhome already had “location, location, location” on lock down. It became our job to make sure the presentation, promotion and price were also spot on so this townhome would sell quick! With a young toddler at home and a new house under construction, this seller thought it best to move out into a temporary housing rental so the townhome could show its best. We brought in the stager to spruce up the place and offered suggestions on what touch up painting and small repairs would help this townhouse shine. Once we saw how fabulous it looked we checked out the comparable properties and priced it even higher than we had originally thought. And we hit the price right on the nose! It sold at full price in 4 days and 10 days after that, it was closed!
