Situated on a great street in popular Wallingford we knew this home would fly off of the market if presented perfectly and priced right. After our first meeting, we made a detailed list of recommended fixes, repairs, and sprucing up that we knew would position us well in the market place. After new appliances, fresh paint, bathroom updates, new cabinet pulls, hardwood refinishing, and fabulous staging this home was sparkling!
We received two competing offers and did some expert negotiating to get these seller’s the best price for their home. With the buyer living overseas, there were many additional hurdles to plan for in terms of timing, signing and closing. We navigated through these difficulties on our end while sheltering our clients from the details so they had a smooth process from beginning to end.
