Considering buying a condo, this buyer asked around his friend group for an agent referral and landed on us. Interested in chatting about the possibilities but not 100% sure the time was right, we met up and had a buyer consultation to flush out the possibilities.
Our first meeting was back two years prior in 2013, and throughout the years, we sent potential condos to this buyer if they seemed to fit his specific criteria. Originally looking to have a place where he could live and run his therapy practice, we had our eye on a live/work condo or a unique opportunity in a single family home. After a year or so of casual looking, the criteria changed from a live/work space to just a live space. Once he saw Insignia, the idea of living in a brand new beautiful building with incredible amenities changed his tune. He decided this was the direction he wanted to go in. We set up time to visit the sales center together and helped him review all the floorplans, view orientations, pros and cons of different units and landed on a great one bedroom plus den! With things moving fast in Insignia, we quickly put in a reservation agreement in place, scheduled the hard had tour, and then wrote up a pre-sale contract. A year later, the building completed construction and we began the closing process.
