After years of reading our informative condo blog, this couple decided it was time for them to sell their large Belltown view condo and move down to California to be closer to their son. They reached out to us based on our knowledge of the condo market expressed in our blog and once we presented them our listing marketing plan along with our seller services, they decided we were a fit and we were thrilled to list such a wonderful condo in Belltown.
First thing when it comes to listing a condo is to make sure that when you launch into the marketplace, everything is in line and ready to go. Price, presentation and promotion are all equally important. For a condo with upgrades, views, and building amenities it is important to highlight all of these features so the potential buyers don’t miss a thing! We created our building amenities feature sheet, our neighborhood spotlight handouts, the features and finishes flyers and a tour sheet to guide agents and their buyers through the building. With all of that along with high-end brochures and professional photos and a property video we knew this condo would sell! It was parade ready when it hit the market.
Once we had an offer in hand we negotiated the terms and set out towards closing. With constant updates and coordination of vendors, escrow and title services, we closed this sale so this couple could enjoy sunny California.
