Greenfab, developers of pre-fabricated modular homes, are a client of ours and we were proud to be able to help them list their first spec home in Seattle. We typically help their clients locate land in which to build their Greenfab dream home on but this was the first home they built specifically to sell on the open market. And we couldn’t wait to introduce it to the market.
The trucks delivered the 5 modules that made up this Craftsman style 2300sf home and the cranes put them in place. Then the construction team buttoned up the building, the landscape architect created the exterior spaces and the house was ready for primping. Staging, video, photos and the virtual tour helped people visualize themselves in the home and the marketing materials explaining the vast amount energy efficient benefits wowed them. After huge turnout open houses and tons of interest we received multiple offers and sold this new construction gem for $792,000, which was $40,000 plus over the list price in the first week! People love Greenfab houses!
