Moving On From Magnolia to Move Even Closer to Downtown

She had lived in her Magnolia condominium for many years and had taken wonderful care of it. It was in spectacular condition and had a fabulous 300 square foot private deck! We decided to focus the promotion on these unique selling features and priced it aggressively in order to secure her a sale as quickly as possible. It is important to make sure the three P’s of selling are in order, Presentation, Promotion and Price. With these 3 elements dialed in, we hit the market. Buyers and Agents alike were impressed with the space for the price and we received an offer within a few short months. After negotiating terms everyone could be happy with, the sale moved swimmingly along and closed that chapter in this Seller’s life.
