What was Marco up to last month?
Marco took a class this last month on Title Reports and Title Insurance. Every sale of real estate in Washington state requires Title Insurance so it is an important piece of the puzzle to understand. We learned how to better read and decipher Title Reports and learned about the nuances of researching Title. The research basement at CW Title even included a microfiche machine! It was fascinating to see how they look back to when the house was built, as far back as the 1800s!
