We have known these clients for years and having listed and sold her Belltown studio condo at The Ellington and helped her buy a larger Ballard condo at The Hjarta, when this couple got married and needed more space and a big yard, they knew where to turn for their real estate needs. With 2 kids and one more on the way, they were looking for a home that would meet the needs of their growing family. And leaving the city was in the cards.
Starting the search in Issaquah we realized that homes there weren’t meeting their expectations. They wanted new and low maintenance so they could focus on their kids. So we shifted the search to Maple Valley, a city with new developments and great schools. We landed in Rock Creek Meadows. Still under construction, this allowed our client’s to not only pick their house layout but also their lot within the community. After discussing the pros and cons of each lot and each home layout, they picked great lot with a nice sized yard and decided to build their house! Picking finishes was fun and they are the only house that is blue in the neighborhood, it looks great! A long wait ahead of them, we kept in touch and once the house was ready we did the walk-through, made sure everything was perfect and sailed through a smooth closing.
