As previous clients of ours, this couple decided to take up flipping as an addition to their portfolio. They located a condo for a great deal through a colleague and decided to flip it and use us to sell it once their remodel was complete.
We met them at the condo and we caucused with regards to which updates would yield the best return for their money. So they set out on the remodeling process and once that was complete we began the marketing process. Flyers, photos, and unit upgrade brochures would ensure every buyer and agent walking through or seeing this condo online would know about all of its fantastic features. After securing and negotiating an offer, we guided these sellers through the process to close. It was a smooth successful flip!
