When this couple decided that they wanted to purchase a home for her parents they reached out to Marco to see if he could help. And, of course he could!
They began looking in northern neighborhoods in Seattle but just weren’t finding the space and finishes they were looking for in their price range. Marco suggested they bump their search area into Shoreline as there was a lot more options there that met their criteria. They were hesitant at first but once he took them out on their first tour there, they were sold. They found several properties that excited them and needed help narrowing down the choices. Marco prepared price analyses for the properties they were considered which helped them to make their final decision and move forward purchasing their parents a home!
