Talk about patience and perseverance! We first met these buyers 5 years ago, back in 2008. They were thinking about purchasing a Puget Sound view condo in Downtown Seattle as their second home so that they could be closer to their daughter. We toured them around their options and it turned out the timing just wasn’t right. We kept in touch and a couple of years later when they revisited the idea we toured them about again, but timing still wasn’t right. When we heard from them this year, and we heard their daughter was pregnant with twins, we knew that it was time to get them into a great space here in town!
Wanting expansive views of the Sound and proximity to Downtown’s amenities we knew we had to focus the search on Belltown and Downtown. Needing quite a bit of square footage and a modern vibe, we narrowed in even further. Our focus was on remodeled homes in One Pacific Tower, and units in Cristalla, Concord and Fifteen Twenty-One. Not finding what we were looking for on the market, Marco started reaching out to colleagues and calling on expired listings that were on the market in the past, but never sold. He put on his detective hat in order to find these buyers the best possible fit. Once we had put together a comprehensive list of on and off market options, we toured their local family through first and honed in on the cream of the crop. When they flew into town for the weekend, we were able to take them on an efficient customized property tour and find them their dream home in Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue while they were here in town! We helped them to secure and negotiate the deal even though the condo wasn’t listed on the market. We also helped coordinate their walkthrough with family, coordinate deliveries and handyman appointments and see the deal through closing all in perfect timing for them to come into town for the birth of the twins, their first grandbabies!
