We first met this buyer in 2008 when she was just beginning to think buying could be a possibility for her. But then things changed for her when she met her boyfriend and she decided to hold off on buying and focus on her new relationship. We stayed in touch over the years keeping her updated on the market changes and checking in with her on how life was going. Then in 2011, they decided the time was right and we kick started the search again. You see, we are very in tune with our client’s needs and work at their pace 🙂
With their large Great Dane, Fletcher, they knew they wanted a yard for him to run in. They wanted a space for entertaining and wanted to be close in to the city. But they happened to be looking for all of these things in our city’s most competitive price range for single family homes, under $300,000. The hunt led us to Queen Anne, Crown Hill, Ballard, and landed us in Greenwood. Locating a house across the street from a park, with a separate detached studio, and large yard for Fletcher – we focused in. And with all of the shops, services and restaurants along Greenwood Ave they could walk to, they decided it was the perfect home for them!
With multiple offers coming in on the house we knew we were in for some tough negotiating. And in the end, our hard work and expertise paid off and we were able to craft the winning offer for them and land them their new home.
