When this buyer’s life changed direction he decided it would be a good idea to move from the Eastside into a downtown Seattle condominium. Being condo experts, we were a perfect fit for his search.
He was looking to make a move into something modern, high-end, new and spacious. Wanting to be in a one bedroom but still have plenty of square footage, room for his wine refrigerator, large art pieces he treasured as well as meet all of the other desired criteria can be a challenge. But we are always up for a challenge! We hit the ground running and starting by showing what is left in our city’s new construction inventory that fit his needs, Escala and Olive 8. Then we checked out condos in the recently new constructed buildings such as Fifth and Madison, Cristalla, Enso, and 2200. After sifting through what makes each building and condo unique in terms of location, amenities, finishes, views and the inner workings of the buildings, he was able to select the one that was the best for him. And that was Escala.
After working through the builder’s paperwork and negotiating to get what was most important to our Buyer, we moved forward to a speedy 3 week close and even did it right in the middle of the Holidays with the buyer out of town in Hawaii. Now that’s some amazing coordination!
