Looking to sell their condo in the Cosmopolitan in Downtown Seattle, they reached out to the only Realtor they know, a Windermere Agent specializing in the Eastside. She had been working with the client’s parents for years but knew that this sale was not in her area of expertise. She connected them with us and entrusted us with her client’s children.
We began the process with these sellers wanting to buy a larger space with a view but in the middle of that hunt, they received an opportunity of a lifetime, a job transfer to Australia! The timeline suddenly sped up. Their condo was a beautiful sub-penthouse level fully upgraded and very large one bedroom. The interior space and finishes were unbeatable. However, like all of the condos on the west side of this building, it was looking into an office building. To us, this is just part of living Downtown in a city and if you lived in Manhattan you wouldn’t bat an eye! But for some, the limited view was a deal breaker. We stuck to the course, knowing the right buyer would come along to snag up this fabulous in-city condo. And they did. We were able to get an offer and walk our sellers through the entire closing process right up until they left the country. We were even able to get them in to sign their closing docs just a day prior to them leaving town. The timing worked out perfectly for them, and now they are off to Sydney to enjoy a new country full of new experiences!
