Wanting to move to Seattle from Texas and looking online for properties in Seattle, led these buyers to a condo being listed by our office. These buyers being out of the state, we set out to take the best most thorough video collection of potential condos possible! Looking for a property in a very competitive segment of our market, in the ever popular Capitol Hill neighborhood and under $275,000, we knew we would have to pounce on any ‘winner’ rapidly. After several narrated videos showing the condo buildings, specific unit and neighborhood location we found one that fit the bill. Then it became all about monitoring the deadlines, communicating frequently, and coordinating the inspections, signings, and taking care of all of the details through closing.
