Having a baby can definitely affect ones real estate situation and for this couple, it meant selling their lofted one bedroom condo in Capitol Hill at 19th Avenue Lofts to move into a home with a little more space for their new addition.
We knew that they wanted a quick hassle free sale so we set out to help them understand how to make that happen. And this presentation preparation and price led to a full priced sale in 2 days.
