Between spring market momentum and everyday life, it’s been a full month around here for the Urban Marco team. Lately, we’ve been spending our days touring new listings, strategizing with buyers, getting seller’s homes ready for the spring market and keeping a close eye on what’s happening across the Seattle area real estate market.
Outside of real estate, we’ve also been trying to soak up the longer days and spring energy that finally arrives this time of year in the Pacific Northwest – more walks, patio dinners, gardening, Mariners and Storm games and finding little moments to slow down between busy schedules.
As always, we’re grateful to stay busy helping our great clients while still making time to enjoy this season in Seattle.
