The South End is Marco’s old stomping ground so when a client wishes to purchase a house in the Renton area, we are ready to take it on.
Wanting a new construction house under the $300,000 mark isn’t easy and maybe isn’t possible in Seattle or Bellevue but it is in Renton. A great place and just a jaunt from both the aforementioned cities, Renton was a great place for us to begin the house hunt.
And when we went, we found. A large 4 bedroom house, brand new, backing up to a greenbelt, who could ask for anything more? And so our client swooped in and wrote an offer and did a little personal upgrading as well to make it just what he wanted.
