Our great friends and clients, Chris and Amy, referred us to a friend’s mom who was thinking about buying a condo in the city. Wanting a life change she was looking to score a great condo with city views so we connected with her to get the process rolling.

After passing it up based on price, we circled back after it didn’t sell with multiple offers on their offer review date. We were then able to sweep in and get it for list price without the competition that is so common in today’s condo market! It is quite literally the perfect spot for this buyer!
