Right across the street from our boat dock, Thackeray in Fremont has become a great spot to grab some delicious food before or after boating.
With friends in town from California, we popped in for lunch at Thackeray before we embarked on a day out on the water with them. The table enjoyed the za’atar spiced fries and the whipped feta for appetizers. Amazing. Then individually we tried the house burger, the spicy shrimp roll, the prosciutto di parma sandwich and the fried chicken sandwich. We were all super pleased with all of our lunch selections. Delicious for sure. We also enjoyed some of their speciality cocktails and even had the bartender make something off the menu to see what she would come up with and it ws fab too!
