Wanting to celebrate Marco’s upcoming birthday, we decided to go out to lunch instead of eating at our desks ?, so we hit up Taurus Ox on the Hill.
We asked the restaurant for their recommendations, and dined on the most flavorful food we have had in a very long time. We tried the Thom Khem, pork belly in a complex spicy sauce and topped with a brussel sprout hash, and the Lao Sausage, which was bursting with delectable flavors. We washed it all down with a pair of Tamaritas. Wowza. Just wowza.
Definitely try out Taurus Ox, it is truly one of a kind!
