A new restaurant and brewery in South Lake Union, opened a few months ago so we wanted to try it out with our friends and fellow SLU dwellers, Ken and Dana. It is a collaboration from the chef from Gastropod and the brewer from Epic Ales.
They are all about unique seasonal cuisine influenced by exotic cuisines from around the globe. We shared several plates that were all great! Since their menu is seasonal, the dishes we tried might not be available since they are constantly rotating but we did try their version of nachos, which were very unique. Not what we expected but really good!! We also tried the Laotian lemongrass curry, the Mumbai cheesesteak and some chicken wings. Everything was a bit out of the ordinary in terms of flavors, so that was fun for us and it was great!
