This client was referred to us by a client of ours who had just purchased an investment property. She was changing jobs, leaving the country and needing to sell her beautiful property in Medina.
We met with her many months in advance of her move to set the plan in place. It is all about timing when it comes to listing a home. The prep for a home of this size includes items like window washing, painting, landscaping, cleaning, a few handyman items and staging. This amount of coordination takes a team! And that is what we are literally here for, to set up the calendar, juggle vendor schedules, handle reschedules, supply access and confirm the completion and quality of the work. Once all the prep appointments were complete, it was time to get the promotional items rolling. Photos, video, floorplans, and the 3D walkthrough, which would all serve to blast websites and potential buyers with images and information about this beautiful home.
