A colleague brought us on to help prepare this Downtown condominium for the market and get it sold since we are experts in the condo market. Selling or buying a condominium is very different and more nuanced than a single family home or townhome and it is important to use an agent familiar with condos when you go to buy or sell one.
This condo had been a rental and needed just a few quick updates to refresh it for its market debut. The floors got refinished, the walls painted, the spaces cleaned and staged. This Seller had an inspection done prior to putting the condo on the market. This is always a good idea so that we know what we are selling and can price it accordingly and so that Buyers have the inspection information up front. After only 4 days on the market, we received a full price offer and were able to guide the seller through the rest of the selling process through to closing.
