The Seattle Street Food Festival is fast approaching. This festival will feature over 50 food trucks, carts, stands and restaurants, but in addition to this is the added event of the Popup Picnic.
Let’s chat more details! The Street Food Festival is not just for trucks, it is for any street food vendor, like those with carts and stands too! And some restaurants will take the streets to cook for the masses as well. On top of that there will be beer gardens to satiate your thirst as well.
WHEN: August 10th from 5-11pm
WHERE: Cal Anderson Park in Capitol Hill
COST: Free admission, just pay for the food you eat and beers you drink! There are a couple of special tickets you can buy to help you cut to the front on the lines, among other perks
As an added bonus to the festival, there will be a Popup Picnic. What is this you ask? It is a separate ticketed component of the event that will feature 12 local chefs preparing their take on street food dishes. With admission you will receive tastes of each chef’s food along with alcoholic beverages served under the stars and set to live music.

WHERE: Cal Anderson Park in Capitol Hill in a fenced off section of the festival
COST: $125 which gets you a plate of food from each participating chef and alcoholic beverages
