Tucked into the heart of Capitol Hill, Spinasse has rightfully earned its reputation as a Seattle classic. Known for its handmade pastas and warm, rustic vibe, it’s the kind of spot that never goes out of style. We hit it up for dinner last week and loved every bite.
The real insider move? The tasting menu. Course after course of beautifully crafted Piedmontese dishes, showcasing the kitchen’s best. You get all the antipasti, primi and secondi dishes and they are full sized portions, it is absolutely the best bang for your buck out there and the food is all spectacular! In a city full of great dining options, Spinasse’s tasting menu just might be the best deal in town.
