Eating out in Pioneer Square is one of our favorite things and this month we hit up Nirmal’s and what a treat it was!
It’s one of those places that just feels special the second you walk in with brick walls, arched doorways, and soaring ceilings. The historical meets modern vibe makes it perfect for date night or catching up with friends.
The food? So good. Rich, layered flavors without feeling heavy, and everything tastes incredibly fresh. The traditional and modern flavors of India are comforting and perfectly spiced. It’s the kind of meal where you’re already planning what you’ll try next time before you’ve finished your plate.
On top of all that, genuinely welcoming energy and warm hospitality, from the servers all the way up to the owners, was the cherry on top.
