Friends connected us with these buyers and our first meeting was to chat through their options of continuing to rent, purchasing their rental, or purchasing a different property.
After our first meeting, we provided them with a price opinion on the house they were renting so they could noodle over that option. Then we started touring homes to see what was out there. We chatted through their financing options and offer strategies so that if we found the right house, we would be ready to pounce. After writing up two houses and missing out, we found the perfect house that ticked all the boxes. We set up a showing on the day it hit the market, wrote up the offer while at dinner (we do what has to be done!), presented the offer and were able to snag this house competing against only one other offer. Boom! Then we walked through each step from offer writing to closing and wrapped it up in a month.
