With their kids and grand kids living in Shoreline, these buyers decided to permanently relocate to the Seattle area to be near them, and their kids reached out to us to get the ball rolling.
A low maintenance condo was the goal, with two bedrooms and at least 1.5 baths in a elevator building with easy parking and lastly, and most importantly, close to family. We set out to tour. After a month of looking from Lake Forrest Park to Shoreline to Edmonds, a gem was found. It met all their needs and turned out to be the perfect fit for them. After helping these buyers navigate the inspection and condo documents, it was off to closing.
