These clients first reached out several years back when they were thinking about selling their investment condo in Belltown. They decided to hold on to it but when the market kept improving for sellers, they reached back out to start the discussion again.
We knew that their studio condo would fare well on the market and likely garner multiple offers due to it’s in-city Belltown location and its great affordable price point. We set out a plan of attack. Coach the tenant on how to spiff up and de-clutter the space a bit, schedule our list date when the tenant was out of town to make it easier for him and for agents showing and sent out a professional cleaner. With the presentation portion dialed in, we landed on a marketing price that would attract the most potential buyers. Then we launched onto the market. It was a successful strategy and within 3 days we had 5 offers, sold for above list price and were closed within 4 business days.
