Purchasing Second Investment Condo in Seattle


Having helped this client purchase an investment condo back in 2016, when he decided the time was right to purchase a second investment property he reached out and we got rolling.

He had decided he was interested in purchasing a unit in South Lake Union at 2200 Westlake and the 2 bedroom on the market had been listed for 2 months so we were able to negotiate on terms and price. Our client was paying cash and could close quickly so with limited contingencies, we were able to negotiate a great price for this buyer. Going through the closing process while living out of the country can be complicated but we walked this buyer through the process to make it as simple and easy as possible.
