This event came to our attention by way of our recommended painting company, NOVO Painting, and we thought it would be worth passing along. We find that there are plenty of people, especially those selling a house/condo or buying one, who are looking to donate their perfectly good paint for reuse instead of drying it out and throwing it away, so here is your chance!
Second Use and Novo Painting are teaming up and having a paint collection event for one day only!
WHEN: Sunday May 12th 10am-3pm
WHERE: Second Use – 3223 6th Ave S Seattle, WA 98134
WHAT: An event where you can drop off usable (not dried out) latex paint that is in good condition that will then be donated to graffiti-removal groups and art programs
COST: There is a cost to this event and it goes towards re-purposing the paint – $1/quarter gallon, $2/single gallon, and $5/5 gallon bucket
This is a great way to get that unwanted paint out of your garage or storage unit and get it to someone who can use it!
