There are many new restaurants opening around Seattle this Spring and here is a list of what is coming soon!

  • Big Mario’s Freland: the third outpost of Capitol Hill and Queen Anne’s Big Mario’s pizza is opening in the old Bourbon and Bones location between Fremont and Ballard
  • Outlier: expect to see this new modern refresh of what was, for the last 20 years, Sazerac’s in the Hotel Monaco Downtown open in March
  • Cafe Hitchcock: coming in April, this 2000 square foot all-day spot from those behind Hitchcock on Bainbridge Island will open between Downtown and Pioneer Square
  • Derby: This new Ethan Stowell restaurant is expected to open this spring and will feature American cuisine and will be inside The Shop, a luxury and classic car club and storage space in SODO
  • The Halal Guys: a New York City staple that turned into an international restaurant chain is headed to Pioneer Square in late spring to serve up halal meats, gyros and more
  • JuneBaby: this Ravenna spot from the chef that brought us Salare will open in April and feature American Southern cuisine with a NW flare
  • Little Big Burger: this Portland Oregon little burger chain announced 10 locations will be coming to Seattle with the first opening in Green Lake in April
  • Opus Co.: replacing Martino’s in Phinney Ridge, this spot will open in April and focus on a seasonal menu with meats cooked over a wood-fired grill
