In Seattle, it feels like a new restaurant or food shop opens everyday. And we love that!
Here is a list of some of the new comers-
Vif in Fremont: Opening this week in the old Herfy’s Burger location, this shop will sell wine, coffee and coffee shop-like food- RockCreek in Fremont: A seafood restaurant opening in upper Fremont right by Uneeda burger
- Brimmer and Heeltap in Ballard: Occupying the former Le Gourmand space, this gastropub plans to open in the fall
- Miller’s Guild in Belltown: Filling the spot where Red Fin sushi is now at the base of the Max hotel will be Miller’s Guild Steakhouse, which will focus on “eat and drink and meat and fire”.
