After living in Los Angeles for a couple years, this couple decided it was time to move up to Seattle to be near family and return to beauty of the Northwest. Working from home, commute wasn’t an issue so more important were schools and proximity to neighborhood amenities and parks. Also a must have, the old world charm of a Craftsman, Tudor or Colonial. We hit the town and starting checking out some charmers from Ballard to Madrona to Magnolia to West Seattle. After some house hunting was behind us, we narrowed in on West Seattle. When we strolled up to one house, the approach and porch already had these buyers seeing hearts. The interior was the perfect blend of classic and modern. We sat down, chatted through competitive offer strategies and set out to tie this one up! Our client’s impressive offer beat out 3 others at the same price because our terms were so strong. Boom!
