As residents of South Lake Union, we are always excited to hear about new restaurants, cafes and bars opening in our still growing and forever changing neighborhood.
Never have we been as excited as when we heard that Marination will be opening on the corner of 6th Ave and Virginia St in one of Amazon’s new buildings! It will be a counter service spot and is set to open in mid-December. All of your favorite dishes from the Marination truck Big Blue, Marination Station and Ma Kai will be served up here along with some sandwiches and salads. Beer on tap will also be available.
Super excited to add Marination to the list of just arrived and coming soon restaurants including Sam’s Tavern, Skillet, Eltana and Ballard Pizza Co. And those are just those that we already know and love that are opening a new location. There are many new ventures coming as well.
Can’t wait to walk in to the new Marination and my Kimchi Fried Rice Bowl with an egg on top…yum!
