What was Marco up to this month?
This month and for the whole year, Marco has been spearheading a Condo Niche group at our Windermere office. Though most all real estate agents help clients with homes and townhomes, including us, the condo market is a different animal and requires more specialized knowledge to do successfully. This group is lead by Marco and helps other agents fine tune and hone their skills when it comes to helping clients buy or sell condos. Being a leader also helps Marco stay fresh and current on the condo market and it’s intricacies.
