What was Marco up to in March?
Marco has been working hard to find our buyers property. Inventory is low so it is imperative that we look everywhere and get creative when it comes to finding our clients potential properties. We contact builders to see if they have anything upcoming, we look at Zillow Make Me Move options, For Sale By Owners, and even look at homes that might need some work because with a rehab loan you might be able to get a home and upgrade it to your tastes. Rest assured, if you are our client we are exhausting every avenue to find you your home or condo!
