Sometimes a house search is less about location and more about the house layout. These buyers were searching for 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on one level with an open layout entertaining space and a nice size yard. We looked from Capitol Hill to View Ridge to Green Lake, we scoured the city for the perfect home. When we walked into the house in Green Lake, we called them immediately to come see it, they did, we discussed offer strategy, we provided a pricing analysis and they put their very best foot forward with an early offer in hopes of snagging this one up only two days after it came on the market. And we did it!
