Connected to us by several of our clients after being dissatisfied with their previous real estate agent, this buyer was looking to buy their first home in the Ballard area.
Our first meeting was important as we needed to learn what wasn’t working with their previous agent. After chatting through what they were looking for in their new agent, we went through how we work with our clients, tips for successfully searching for homes in the multiple offer environment and offer strategies we could employ, we hit the ground running. A beautifully remodeled home with a great layout in the perfect location came on the market, and our client heard our advice, rolled their sleeves up and wrote the winning offer. And it just so happens that the house is next door to another one of our clients, we we look forward to hanging on that block soon!
