After our first in person meeting these buyers were ready to realistically approach the competitive Seattle market. Knowing they wanted to live in north Seattle in the most popular neighborhoods in the market we set out to show them both properties with offer review dates below their max price so they had room to escalate on price and compete along with properties that had already passed their review date and were maybe closer to their max budget. This strategy worked like a charm! On our second tour we found a fabulous house in the nexus of Phinney Ridge and Ballard that had passed its review date. Putting together a great strong offer, we were able to score this house, have an inspection, and maintain our buyers financing contingency and appraisal protection all the way through closing.
