We first spoke to these sellers two years prior back in 2013 when they were thinking about selling their second home, a studio condo in Belltown. After chatting about the market, it just wasn’t the right time for them so they rented it out for a couple of years. When 2015 rolled around and their tenant decided to move out, they reached back out to get an update on market conditions.
After letting them know about the multiple offer environment and likely market value, they were ready to sell. We set a plan together and then we handled coordinating the staging, cleaning, photos and videos since these sellers live out of state. Hitting the market with lots of steam, we got 3 offers in the first week and were able to get these sellers over list price. Making sure all of the details were tracked and explained in detail to our sellers is our number one priority once we are in a signed around contract. We take this seriously and followed through to closing, making sure all i’s were dotted and t’s crossed.
