  • Stateside in Capitol Hill – by a first-time Seattle restauranteur who’s worked for some of the biggest names in restaurants
  • Good Bar in Pioneer Square – by those who brought you Marination
  • Manolin in Fremont – by the former general manager of Walrus & the Carpenter
  • The Loan Stranger in Belltown – by Tom Douglas
  • 7 Beef in Central District – by those who brought you Monsoon and Ba Bar
  • Chop Shop Cafe and Chop Shop Juice & Provisions in Capitol Hill – by those who brought you Volunteer Park Cafe
