Referred to us by a family member, these buyers reached out to help them facilitate the sale of their house to a family member and to help them find a low maintenance condo to retire in.
We started out with the sale, and walked both the sellers and their pre-selected buyer through the process and once that was closed we set off to find the perfect spot for them to move into. We looked in several locations around the region, we looked at small homes, condos, and 55+ communities. After touring an amazing community in Bellevue, we knew it would be the perfect fit. Being a co-op, there were a few more steps to this purchase for us to help the Buyers navigate. Everything went swimmingly, and they were the owners of a condo in a great community.
