Looking for a newer modern building with great amenities in Belltown, South Lake Union or Downtown that could hold up the brand-new apartment tower they were renting in we focused mainly on Insignia, one of Seattle’s newest condo buildings, but also saw condos in many other buildings in Belltown. After comparing the various buildings, Insignia became the front runner. Two bedrooms were a must, and a nice outlook was desired. We narrowed in on the perfect unit and made our offer. After negotiating the price, we were able to reach mutual acceptance with the seller. Then, on to the inspection. After our inspector pointed out some items that needed repair, we were able to get those repairs completed by the seller. Then it was the lender’s turn to get us to the finish line. And it was a smooth finish.
