Having helped these clients with three real estate transactions over the past 12 years, once we sold their investment condo earlier this year it was time to find them a new home where they could raise their three boys.
Looking to be close to Seattle but in a community with fabulous schools, larger lot sizes and overall larger homes where they could find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the same level, we knew we would be focusing on homes in Shoreline, Kenmore or Lake Forrest Park. The hunt was focused mainly on schools and bedroom location within the house. The first house we saw had an incredible updated kitchen, was on a cul-de-sac and had the perfect layout inside. When we drove up there were parents shooting hoops with their kids in the cul-de-sac and it was clear this was going to be their forever home. After our offer was accepted, we completed our inspection and requested a nice size credit from the sellers in lieu of repairs and got it done.
